a life without any difficulty is not a real life.as a living being,no one can avoid unpleasant experiences.so sometimes being sad,angry or even crazy is not unusual or harmful to one's health.the question lies in that you should deal with your mood in a proper way.
here,i would like to reccommend several ways that i believe useful.first of all,to vent your emotion,you can lock yourself in a room and cry as loud as you can until you feel completely relaxed.if crying aloe is not enough,you can also choose bunching to relieve yourself.second,writing may be a effective way.by recording your unlucky experience,the gray cloud over your head will be blown away.
still,you can call a close friend and share it with him or her.in addition ,doing sports is also of great help to vent your emotion.
