进入本世纪后,随着中国经济转轨的深入、经济的持续稳定增长,居民收入不断提高,
金融市场发展逐渐加快,与转型经济相辅相成的格局正在缓慢形成.
当前,我国金融市场体系主要包括政策性金融、商业性金融、合作性金融和民间金融四类金融组织形态,又可以进一步划分为以下两种组织形式：一是以合作性金融为基础,以商业性金融、政策性金融为重要组成部分构成的正规金融；二是以民间借贷、私人钱庄、民间集资等民间金融为主体构成的非正规金融.
过多年的发展,我国已经逐渐形成了一个由货币市场、债券市场、股票市场、外汇市场、黄金市场和期货市场等构成的,具有交易场所多层次、交易品种多样化和交易机制多元化等特征的金融市场体系.青海金融市场的发展,金融市场法律制度逐渐完善,市场宽度和厚度不断增加,市场功能日趋深化,资源配置能力极大增强,已经成为青海省市场经济体系的重要组成部分.近年来青海金融市场发展步伐加快,取得了明显成效,但也存在一些不容忽视的问题,尤其是金融市场融资有限,投融资渠道和方式的单一化等.如何发展有利于青海经济转型的金融市场,需要相关部门加强协作、认真研究,制订切实可行的规划和措施,促进全省资源开发,同时以金融业带动全省经济实现跨越发展.

Research on Financial Market Development and Coping Strategies - Based on economic restructuring in Qinghai
Abstract:
Since the current century, with the deepening of China's economic transition, sustained and steady economic growth, rising incomes of residents,development of financial markets are gradually speeding up, and the pattern complementary to economic transition is slowly formed.
At present, China's financial market system mainly includes four forms of financial organization,that is,policy finance, commercial finance, cooperative finance and private finance.It also can be further divided into the following two organizational forms: one is the formal finance,which is based on cooperative financial, and includes commercial finance and policy finance as its important part of e formal financial; Second, informal finance,which includes private lending, private banks, private fund raising and other private finance as the main form .
With many years of development, China has gradually formed a financial market system,which is mainly made up of Money Market, Bond Market, Stock Market, Foreign Exchange Market, Gold Market and the Futures Market, and has multi-level market places, trade diversification and species diversity and other characteristics of trading mechanisms . In Qinghai financial market development, financial market legal system are gradually going perfect, market width and thickness increased, market functions are deepening, with the ability to allocate resources greatly enhancing,and has become an inportant part of the market economy system in Qinghai . In recent years, the pace of financial market development in Qinghai accelerated, and achieved remarkable results, but there are some issues that can not be ignored, especially limited financing in finance market, single channel and method for investment and financing, and so on. How to develop the financial market that is conducive to economic restructuring in Qinghai, needs the relevant departments to strengthen their cooperation, conduct careful studes, and make practical plans to promote development of the province's resources, while the financial industry lead the development of the province's economic leap.
