日益发展的现代化城市为人类生活提供便利的同时,也是环境污染和生态破坏相对集中的场所,城市垃圾污染及其对生态系统所造成的破坏成为人类城市化进程中一个不容忽视且亟待解决的现实问题,而后装压缩式垃圾车的出现,将根本上解决这个困扰城市发展的难题.现在垃圾处理站离城市中心越来越远,为了节省垃圾转运的成本,提高效率、大型化、高压缩比、只能化、高效率、密闭化的压缩式垃圾车将成为今后发展的趋势.现设计一款后装压缩式垃圾车将有效的解决这些问题.后装压缩式垃圾车集自动装填与压缩、密封运输和自卸为一体,其自动化程度高,不仅提高了垃圾运输能力,降低了运输成本,而且还避免了二次污染,是收集、运输城市生活垃圾的理想工具.它客服了摇臂、侧装等形式的垃圾车容量小、可压缩行差和容易产生飘、洒、滴、漏等二次污染的缺点,是垃圾车得发展趋势.如在结构减重、载荷分布、人机工程、绿色设计及密封等方面进行设计优化和改进,将直接提高装在车辆装载质量、密封性、环保性、稳定性、作业可靠性及行驶安全性.

Although, modern cities are provide us much more convenience, relatively, they are also concentrated places with environmental and ecological issues. Municipal pollution as well as its impacts on ecosystem is an actual problems in the feet of urbanization that cannot be neglected and must be resolve immediately. However, the occurence of compressed garbage trucks will solve these problems which impede the development of urbanization effectively. As garbage stations are much far away from the city, huge and highly effective compressed garbage trucks with high compression ratio and airtight will be the main way to deal with the trash.

Now we have designed a kind of back compressed garbage trush to deal with those problems effectively. Back compressed garbage trushs are integrated with the function of self-loading, compression ,sealed transport and self-unloading.this kind of new technology not only speads the capacity of disposal of garbage ,but also reduce the cost of transportation and at the same time avoid secondary pollution. It is an ideal way to deal with municipal pollution. Besides, it overcomes traditional garbage trushes which are with limited capacity, little compression, and easy to bring about secondary pollution.However, if the new kind of trushes could be improved from the aspects of structure, load distribution, ergonomics,environmental design and sealed transport, the new garbage trushes will be much more environmental, steady, operationally reliable and also with good quality and driving safety.
