首先B要排除,因为in search of 是固定搭配,不能用for.
然后C也不可以,found是已经找到,而他们很渴是在寻找.
A虽然词组用对了,但是形式不对,如果改用looking for的形式就对了.
D in search of 是寻找……的意思.
