我觉得这个句子缺连词,在minute和she之间应该加when啊,但是答案没改这里,有点不懂,难道是省略啦?没遇到过这种,

我觉得这句话不用改.
every minute/second/time后面如果加的是完整的句子就比如
she's outside连词可以省略.

这个应该是时间状语从句的省略，但是一般来说可以用名词短语来表示时间连词，比如说every time，the minute，这我见过，这种属于什么啊？

是一样的，意思也差不多，也是名词短语。
