I'm gaining weight recently because I eat too much these days and don't do sports very often. I am busy with my work every day so I have less free time to do sports. When I am hungry I like eating hamburgers and meat. I don't think it's a good habbit. So I want to lose weight. I am going to ask my doctor what to do in order to lose weight. Then I am going to do sports at least half an hour every day. What's more important is what to eat. So I want to go on a diet. "Where there is a will, there is a way." I am sure, I will be slim again.
