Hello everyone!I'm PYL（my name） .I'm so glad to have the opportunity to make a speech about medical insurance.
It is well known that our country has found a series of policies.These policies mainly as below:
The new rural cooperative medical insurance system and the basic medical insurance for urban residents.
Every year I will pay 20 yuan for medical insurance actively.Even though I have not enjoy the benefit from this policy.Of course,every one must dislike it.I think insurance is based on the idea "One for all,all for one." I support this policy.
Some one who knows it better complaints shortcomings of this policy.Such as inefficiency,difficulty in procedure ,Rising price and even Corruption.
In fact more and more people benefit from this policy,Major diseases will be cured benefit from it.
[Truely],various problems at present and challenges in the way ahead.At least,our country improving it.
In my humble opinion,it is easier to prevent than to cure the disease later.As a College student,we need to have more consideration for public.

演讲主题 就是关于我国的医疗保障制度！
关于 xdx9900 我的本意不是这个意思的！
意思是：你从医保获益，肯定是你得病了或者更糟糕的情况，所以我宁愿不获此利益，也不愿得病...这个意思。但可能我表达的不是太好吧，你理解错了！既幽默又语义清晰。

SOMEONE who knows it better complainS ABOUT THE shortcomings of this policy, such as inefficiency, difficult PROCEDURES, rising priceS and even corruption.
In fact, more and more people ARE benefitING from this policy, Major diseases will be cured WITH ITS benefitS.
[Truely], THERE ARE various problems at present and challenges ON the way ahead. At least,our country IS improving it.
