First of all,a good kindergarten teacher should love the kids she teach.It is only when she loves the kids that she will really put her heart into them.Secondly,patience is also required to be a qualified kindergarten teacher.Different from children of other age groups,small kids are always mischievous,so as a kindergarten teacher,one must be patient enough to tell the kids what is right and what is wrong,helping them to shape their values at an early time.
