Many parents put their children to extra classes during the summer holidays in order to boost their child's results in school. The classes are highly packed and the students end up with no rest at all. Sometimes, they can get even busier than during a school term. Such a phenomenon is now a common sight in China. I do feel that such arrangements are not necessary and beneficial for the children. Knowledge can never be all taught through books and classes. Students should also learn from every day life. They need to go out and play so that they can be healthier. Also, they need a break from all the intensive studying so that they can recharge their tired minds.
