As a student,doing exercise regularly is neccessary as we need keep fit and be active,avoid sitting for a long time,that would be harmful to our body since it will slow the circulation of blood.
Ensure get enough sleep,or you will feel weak in thinking,and body immune system will be declined.Breakfast cannot be neglected as it supply us energy for everymorning,not having breakfast will make us feel tired easily and not able to concentrate on our study in the morning.
Smoking and playing computer should not allowed for our students,smoking will caused lung cance which is known to us,and addicted to computer will result in bad eye-sight and do bad for our study.
