可以.但是换了之后,it的作用改变了.
原句中的It是做found的形式宾语，真正的宾语是后面的to结构
若换成it's,那么整个句子就是个含有宾语从句的复合句，it是从句部分的形式主语，to结构是真正的从句主语。

不能。 it 作形式宾语，代替 后面的 to work out the problem.
