3.This floor is not soft enough for you to sleep on．
4.The top of the mountain is not easy to get to．
5.If we go on polluting the world,it won’t be fit for us to live in．
三、当动词不定式作定语与前面所修饰的名词有动宾关系,且该不定式为不及物动词时,必须加上适当的介词.如：
1.Please give me a pen to write with.
2.There is nothing for us to worry about.
3.There are five computers to choose from．
四、 定语从句中,先行词被一个不及物动词修饰,则不及物动词后要带介词；先行词被“动词 介词”组成的短语动词修饰,介词常放在句尾.如：
1.He is the very man I just speak to．
2.This is the life he is used to．
3.She is the person I often think of．
五、 在be worth doing,be worthy of being done / to be done,want（require,need） doing等后常用吊尾介词.如：
1.The problem is worth dealing with.
2.The lost watch is not worth looking for.
3.It’s hardly worth troubling about.
4.Who needs looking after?
六、 以what,whose,who,whatever等词引导的宾语从句、表语从句中常出现吊尾介词.如：
1.I can’t imagine what it is like.
2.I don’t know what you do it for.
