I refer to my letter dated 14 Feburuary 2014 and enclose a cheque for HK$ 497,being the compensation monies(as defined in my letter dated 14 February 2014) calculated by the difference between the actual price of BOC and/orCCB securities sold by Tiger Asia and the value of those securities after taking into account the inside information known to Tiger Asia.

我说是日期是2014年2月14日的这份信,里面还附了一张497港币的支票作为赔偿金（在2014年2月14日的信中已经确认）赔偿金是由于在中国银行 和/或者 中国建设银行证券的实际价格被亚洲老虎基金卖掉 之后那些证券的价值之后被算进亚洲老虎基金这块去了,所以计算上产生分歧.
