这里的one是指代人,用who何错之有?
对于语法条条不能太机械的去记忆,你说的应该用that,那应该是one指代物的时候吧.

英文是精确的语言，前后一定要一致，是在说人，就要用和人相一致的词who，是在说物，就用that
