答案是C.which i shall never forget 是第一个定语从句.day 在这里实际上是做forgot 的宾语,是一个名词,用which 来引导定语从句,而不只作为一个时间副词.the one 实际是指the day,在第二个定语从句i join the army 中,主谓宾都没有缺,所以the one 指代的the day实际是起到一个时间副词的作用,时间副词用when 来引导,所以用when.
