As a popular saying goes,“Failure is mother of success .”.Every person ,will perhaps suffer the failure no matter how high his post is (职位高不太知道如何表达)or how great achievements he has .It’s suggested that you take the following advice in order to face failure correctly.
Firstly ,the proper attitude towards is to face the failure bravely instead of escaping it .It is your attitude that depends on how big your failure is .Secondly,the best way to face the failure is to analyze the reason of failure calmly.Only by doing this can you be taught a lesson and avoid making the same errors again in the next time.Keep in mind that the more you learn from the mistake,the greater progress you will make.Besides ,in no case can you give up because of one failure experience,which is an important principle.
As is mentioned above,as long as we put these measures into practice,we can overcome the difficulties and achieve the success
