近年来,石油污染日益严重,如何修复被污染的土壤及其方法的研究日益成为大家瞩目的焦点,而高效烃降解菌的筛选是其中的大热门之一.本文通过对实验室保藏的3种石油烃降解菌(Z1、Z41、Z49)的初步测定,选出石油降解效果比较好的菌种,然后为了进一步提高该菌株的石油降解效率,对其进行紫外诱变育种,诱变时间分为5s,15s,30s,40s,60s,再通过血平板初筛和摇床复筛,挑选出降解效率高的菌株,最终获得的菌株V23降解率为42.07%,与之前对照提高了20.07%,对几个候选菌株的产表活性能进行评价,发现各菌株的表面活性剂产量也大幅提高,其中V23的2μL稀释10倍的发酵液上清排油圈达到37.14mm,鼠李糖脂含量达到19.6g/L,较出发菌株提高了31%以上.
