We all deal with setbacks because they are part of our lives. The purpose of setbacks is not to defeat us, but to challenge us and teach us how to overcome them. Everyone have faced setbacks, although some setbacks are more serious than the others. I have experienced setbacks before. When I was little, I didn't know how to deal with people because I was shy and wasn't able to express myself. I only had few friends. I know it's hard to change someone's personality, but I asked my parents and teachers for help. They encouraged me to go to social events and attend more activities. I gradually changed and now I am an outgoing person. I think students should acknowledge the setbacks and give themselves time to overcome it. Think setbacks as the steps you must take before you can be stronger.
