How to improve my poor English?

What grade are you in? middle school or university okay . Forget it . You know , most Chinese English learners are poor in oral english . so don't worry now. I always believe that practice makes perfect . To be honest , I have ever met the same problem . but when I entered the college as an english major , I got the opportunities to communicate with foreign teachers and many friends who love english too . Fastly , i found that i have improved much . As for oral english , firstly , don't be afraid of speaking . do not fear that somebody may laught at you . and find one or more classmates who love english to pracise .
