不能改为on,这句话是定语从句,先行词是the time,可以说at the time,但没有on the time的表达.因为定语从句中缺的成分是时间状语,At which也可以换成关系副词when, the time when you should go is July,翻译为你该离开的时间是七月.不知道你理解了没?

这句话的主句是the time is July. 中间那部分只是定语从句修饰the time什么样的时间呢，你应该走的时间，you should go at the time. 记住at the time不是做宾语是做时间状语，给你举个简单的例子，I get up early in the morning,这里的in the morning跟at the time一样只是时间状语，并不是所有放在动词后面的就是宾语，更何况go是不及物动词后面是不能接宾语的。现在还有疑问吗？
