First,please confirm whether the damages of outer box was found when customer receiving the goods,and any photoes about damages was shot.We hereby assure that our goods were in good condition prior to sending to logistic warehous,because the damaged out boxes was not allowed into warehouse by freight forwarding.

Firstly, i want to confirm that if the container was already damaged when the client received it, did they take any photoes at that time ?
We can make sure the container is intact when we deliver it to the warehouse, since damaged container is not allowed to deliver to the warehouse.
