Hello,everyone.my name is Alan.I'm a sixteen-year-old boy.Of course,I'm a healthy boy,too.In my opinoin,keeping healthy is very important .Because if we ill in the bed ,we can't do anything and we feel very bad.But if we have a healthy life,we can become happy.
I think the best way to keep healthy is do some sports in the every morning.Eating fruit and vegetables also help a lot.However ,eating lots of meat is not good.And don't eat too much junk food.It's bad for our health.Having enough sleep is very important,too.I think we should sleep eight or nine hours every night.
Finally,I hope everyone has a healthy life.
