答案肯定选C了,其中one和the other 是并列关系,题目中有and连接,前后都是主系表结构的完整句子.而薄冰英语中的句子中间没有and连接,不能加is,因为两个完整的句子中间没有连词在英语中是错误的,如果加上and the other is a taxi driver,这也是对的.
