The modern city——Guangzhou My dear friends,let me tell you something about Guangzhou.Guangzhou is a flower city.There are many kinds of flowers in Guangzhou.For example,lily,narcissuse,rose,tulip,sunflower...Also,when Spring Festival comes,every districts will held a flower market and there will have many people visit them.Guangzhou is very hot in summer and not cold in winter.So you can see green trees and colorful flowers all the year.The city flower of Guangzhou is kapok flower,it calls the hero flower too.It signifies brave and iron.The people in Guangzhou not only like flowers,but also like delicious food.They know much about eating.They know much about eating.They like to eat the meat of snakes,rabbits,the claws of bears,many kinds of delicious mushrooms and so on.The restaurants in Guangzhou are do well in boil soup.All the cooks know what kinds of food are good for your health,and what kinds of food can make you sick.People in Guangzhou are friendly too.If you ask something from a stranger in Guangzhou,he or she will help you happily and friendly.Also,if you visit someone,he ov she will give you a warm welcome and smile to you a lot.Ifyou lose your way,don't worry.You can ask anyone in the street.They will tell you the way or some one will lead you to the place want to go.Next year,the Sixteenth Asian Games will be held in Guanghzou.This time,the Mascots of the Asian Games is five lovely goats.Their names are A Xiang,A He,A Ru,A Yi,Le Yang Yang.Because of the Asian Games,Guangzhou will have thirty-two mor gyms and playgrounds.The work will be finished in March,2010.Also,when the Asian Games comes,there will have many volunteers by the road to help the tourists.Guangzhou is a beautiful modern city,don't you think so?
