感谢贵司的回复,但我处仍有几个疑点:
1.故障软管产生鼓泡的位置基本均为远离接头扣压端面的中间部分,并且在保压试验观察不到任何渗漏油的现象,可以排除软管两端连接位置扣压导致的原因.
2.使用介质为15#航空液压油,不是空气.应该也不是空气渗透的原因.
为了进一步分析上次反馈的故障件软管,我司对客户退回的软管去除鼓泡表层后再次进行耐压试验,发现一个新的现象:在压力上升至25MPa,保压10min左右,表层出现潮湿的油脂现象,用纸巾或者油棉可以吸附下来;在压力卸荷后短时间内,表层的油脂又被反吸回去;在25MPa保压2h左右,表层的油脂集聚并出现一滴油液的渗漏,压力卸荷后,油液又被反吸回去.
另外,请贵司提供外层材料的材质,该层材质和哪些介质接触可能会导致表层鼓泡的故障?
