补充：
不填 are influenced 主要是因为根据提示这里的影响是主动语态,而不是被动语态（被影响）.另外,即使是被动语态,也不能用 are,因为 what he said 是主语从句,谓语动词要用第三人称单数（这里要用 is）；而且被动语态中 influenced 后面要加动作执行者时,需要一个 by （is influenced by）才对.

这是一个主语从句，what he said （他的话，这是一个完整的句子意思是he said what,可以理解为the thing influenced....）做主语.inflence是动词，加are成被动了，这句话明显不是被动的意思。解释有点乱，不知你是否明白。
例如what i am reading makes me angry.
