Thanks for your letter. We immediately contacted the manufacturer and hurried them up to deliver as soon as possible when I received your letter. For they still have not replied, the shipment date can not be confirmed. We are really sorry for having not reply your letter.
With our effort again and again, it is can be confirmed that to be loaded at DONGFENG ship. And it is estimated to sail on 24th this month. We will give you notice when the loading is over.
