这说明你没理解"具体时间要at"的含义 只是死记 那么你就记住问几点是不用at的就可以了

在这情形下是不用加at的.
at 在时间上的用法:
He went home at one thirty.
Let us meet at ten o'clock.
at 不是用在报告时间上的,不用介词.

具体的时间前加at表示在某一个时间点上，现在是1：30，确实是一个时间点，但重点是告诉人现在是什么时间，而具体时间前加at重点是告诉人们在这个时间点上要做什么事。
