选B。where引导地点状语从句。
如果想要做成定语从句的话，应该是这样：Don't leave the sharp knife in the place in which our little Jane can get it.这里which引导定语从句，先行词为place. in which也可用关系副词where替代。和原题对比可发现，地点状语从句没有先行词。...
