发现做某事很...
eg.i find it ridiculous to talk with you.
it 是形式宾语,代指后面的不定式.adj 是it 的宾语补足语,补充说明it 的状态,动作等.
所以,你也可以说 i find (that) to talk with you is ridiculous.

果断选c。it 是形式宾语。真正宾语是reade english story books is interesting.
而 be 的形式往往作为表语成分的一部分。如果it 是主语的话，要根据时态选用be的相应形式作表语。但是，这里不是这样的用法。it 部分只是做表语，be（is or was）要省略
