此处从语法角度讲肯定是错的,因为 “be sure ”这一系表结构在句子中肯定是有动词的功能,如果修饰就应该用副词来修饰,而 certain 只是形容词,certainly 才是副词. 所以愚以为应该是“We are not certainly sure if it will be fine tomorrow.” 望采纳,谢谢!
