粉丝当中的大约两千人在这等呢.你要是明白one of the fans,和ten of the fans,还有 some of the boys 就能明白了.这些学生当中的二百人就要用 two hundred of the students

那要取决于后面有没有范围，有the意思是。。。当中的多少个。这句话的意思是粉丝当中的大约二千人，而不是所有的粉丝，也不是表达2000粉丝。你明白 one of the boys和 one boy 的区别了吗？ 这的of 不是 hundreds of , thousands of 那样的用法。此题的考察点就在此。

一般情况下：数字+thousand/hundred/million/billion+名词
但是在这里有个定冠词the, 碰到这样的情况就要加个of了，
构成：数字+thousand/hundred/million/billion+the+名词

类似thousand hundred 等数词前有具体的另一个数词修饰时，该数词不加s
若加s时 表示不确切的数量概念，如hundreds of people究竟是几百，就不知道了
因为有了the 所以要用of
