　　that是invest的宾语,which引导定语从句修饰that.with significance是状语.that本来应该位于invest之后,with之前,但是为了照顾宾语从句,就把with significance提前了.

这里that为宾语从句的引导词无意义，而which是从句中grasp的宾语，we cannot grasp which，英语中习惯将疑问词放在句子前面。不是that 和which 连用。
