The Gorton-Dodd bill requires that a bank disclose to their customers how long they will delay access to funds from deposited checks.（求大家帮忙进行结构性分析一下,告诉我从句中的主谓宾就可以了.这道题目知道它错在哪儿,但奇怪的是我就是分析不出它的句子结构）

主语 谓语 后面全部是宾语（这个是THAT引导的句子做宾语）
access to funds from deposited checks.

requires谓语动词
that引导后面的宾语从句做主句的宾语；
再分析一下这个不容易理解的宾语从句：
a bank 做从句的主语，disclose从句的谓语动词，固定搭配disclose to sb sth，how long they will delay access to funds from deposite...
