首先咱们一句话中是不是不可以同时出现两个谓语（除了并列谓语）,所以另一个要变成非谓语形式（即V-ing,分词以及不定式）.这里playing实际上是一个现在分词,原话可以这样理解the group of people (who plays)in the sea,表示的是一种主动关系可以用现在分词来代替.或者说你把playing 看成the group of people 的后置定语.
