see为感观动词,接不带to的不定式,或现在分词作宾补.
see sb to do sth是错误的.
see sb do sth 看见某人做某事,但说话的这个时间,这个动作不一定发生.
例:I often see them play football.我经常看见他们踢足球.
在此题中,既然是每天发生的动作,当然是动词原形.
see sb doing sth 看见某人在做某事
例:I saw him drawing a picture at that time.

see sb doing sth 表示动作正在进行，没有see sb to do sth 这种用法
这道题用play 是指动作已经结束，不是正在进行

这里是有一个every day也就是说这个男孩经常性的踢足球，这时看到经常新的动作要用see sb do，而只是偶然的一次看到某人正在做某事用see sb doing，
例如：I see him playing football now就是我看见他正在踢足球。没有see sb to do的用法
