I used to watch TV for the whole day .Therefore i regretted that i did not finish my homewoke in time.I have no enough perseverrance to control myself.I have a method to prevent me from watching TV that we can hide the battery of the TV's remot control.If you addict to these such as music,computer andso on like me,you can also go out to play outdoor games or sports so that you can be far away from the temptation produts. 查看原帖
