Seller is obliged to inform Customer about the date of the shipment of goods from the storehouse by sending the corresponding storehouse by sending the corresponding statement in the writing form by fax before 10 calendar days to the date of shipment.
8.2 In case of arriving of the representative of Customer to the storehouse of Seller,the receiving of goods according to the quality (on evident defects) and quantity is carried out at the Seller's storehouse by the partial selection or 100% full receiving of goods at the choice of the Customer's representative.Seller is
obliged to provide the representative of Customer with working force to help him to control the goods on quantity and quality,in accordance with this point.
8.3 The final receiving goods according to quality (on evident defects) is carried out for 2 (two) month since the moment of the receipt of goods into the storehouse of “Community” in the town of Beryozovskiy,Sverdlovskaya region.Receiving according to quantity is carried out during 15 (fifteen) calendar days since the moment of the receipt of goods into the storehouse of “Community”,in the town of Beryozovskiy,Sverdlovskaya region.The action of the condition of this point is also spreaded,on the goods,which were received originally at the Seller's storehouse.
8.4 The period for discovering the secret defects is 2 years since the moment of receiving goods.
8.5 The claim on quantity and quality can be declared for 30 days since the moment of discovering the claim,The act must be applied to the claim,making up by Customer.
8.6 Customer has the right.
- The replacement of faulty goods.
- The delivery of goods,which are short (inadequate quantity)
- The return of money resources for 5 calendar days since the moment of receiving the claim with the corresponding demands.
