To whom it may concern,
My name is Li Hua.I bought a woolen sweater in your shop the other day.I took it back home and decided to have it washed before I put them on.I read the washing instruction and washed the sweater accordingly in could water.But to my surprise,the sweater lost its shape and I could hardly recognize that it is the one I bought in your shop.I think there could be a qualification problem and I would like to return it or you could give me another one.
