2.- Existing hold-ups between cause and effect:There is a significant gap between an action and its results; the system becomes more complex,the delay will be longer between a cause and its known resulting effects.
3.- Small changes can yield great results:small,well focused actions can at times produce significant lasting improvements.
4.-Two goals that are apparently contradictory to one another can be reached:one thought limited to two parts without a vision of the process,blocks contemplating the possibility of managing more than one goal,even when they can seem contradictory.
5.- Cutting an elephant in half does not generate two small elephants:it is necessary with a holistic vision of the system to understand the problems generated.The fragmentation can make you lose sight of interaction and processes,fundamental elements in understanding each problem.
