Firstly,this paper introduces the development histories of Maglev Platform and Linear Induction Motor,as well as the basic principles of the related control technology; it describes the direct feed unit structure of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor (PMSLM) based on Maglev Support System,followed by the inference of mathematical model of PMSLM,and uses this model to discuss the principal control strategy presently applied in PMSLM.Then,it conducts an in-depth analysis on the working principles of PMSLM Speed Servo-control System based on FOC control strategy; and by applying the MATLAB/Simulink Platform,it constructs a simulation platform for linear feed system based on PI Controller,so that a simulation was done on the motor’s running process,and the result is presented and analyzed.

In view of the impact on the feeding motion by various uncertain factors such as parameter perturbation,environmental disturbance etc.,this paper proposes a robust optimal speed servo-control for PMSLM,together with the relevant design for the controller; thus,a simulation system applying the MATLAB/Simulink Platform was constructed as well as a simulation on the motor’s running process.By comparing the simulation results of the two control strategies,it proves that the application of robust optimal control for the improvement of system performance is correct and valid.
