1. basic training is nessary , but I would prefer to training in the really task to see what's my strenghth and weakness , then stick on overcome the weakness.

2. complete change , the moblie style make people more closer ,the concept of distance is blur almostly . we can get all the information throught this little smart phone to some extent .

it's positive , time , energy and money was consuming exsisting in old way , now , we can reach the needed information more easy than before , I think it's a good convertion
