此句是对的,它是一个单句,意思是：我会告诉你在哪下车.此句=I'll tell you where you should get off.
Where is it?是正常的特殊问句,但改成宾语从句是语序不变成陈述语序.
例如,He asked me,"What time is it?"改成宾语从句时应是：He asked me what time it was.

这句话没错,get off可以是离开某处,比如get off the road.一楼提到的推迟其实是put off 如the plan has been put off
