the most of people 对.其中的 most 是名词.
most of people 应为 most of the people.其中的 most 是代词,意思是某一已知整体中的“大部分”,因此后面应该是 the people.例：
Most of the town was destroyed.
Most of the people were missing.

我觉得语言这个东西不能分对错. 但也许是"most of the people"用得更常见些, 比如: "most of the people are doing..."和"most of the students were absent..."等等.
不过实在用“most of people"也不算错呀, 这不影响表达的. 如上面几位所说的"most of people", "the m...
