有就近原则，但这里不适合，因为AND 连接的是两个人；常见的就近原则有there be结构，neither...nor...; either... or ... ; not only ... but also ... 等连接的句子作主语时，如 There is a book ,two pencils and a knife in the bag. There are twoo pencils , a book and knife in the bag. Neither he nor you are a worker . Neither you nor he is a worker .
