英语里 动词+加介词构成什么成分? 还有就是一个简单句中可以有两个连续出现的介词吗?
比如这会儿他一定外出在图书馆了
答案是 He must be out in the libary at the moment
我写的是：He must be out of in the libary at the moment. 我的依据是：be out of=be out 都有外出的含义.

He must be out in the libary at the moment 中的 out 是副词,in the libary 是介词短语作状语.
be out of =/= be out.out of. 是介词词组,后面必须接一个名词性的词或词组；out 是副词,可以独立使用.试比较：
He is out. 他出去了.
He is out of the library. 他在图书馆外面.

be out of in.不对.两个独立的介词不能并列使用.

of是介词，介词后面加宾语，而in也是介词，没有介词加介词这种结构吧。be out 加of也要看情况。
