Terms & Conditions of Employment
On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company hereby employs the Employee and the Employee hereby accepts employment with the Company for the term set forth in this Agreement. Employee hereby agrees to render his services as provided herein, all of which shall be performed conscientiously and to the full extent of his ability. The Company reserves the right to make, and the Employee agrees to accept, such changes to these terms and conditions as are required for business and organizational purposes.
The employee may be required in pursuance of his duties hereunder to perform services not only for the employer but also for any of its subsidiaries and associated companies without any further remuneration (except as otherwise stated) and to accept such offices in such of its subsidiaries and associated companies as the employer may from time to time require.
Hours of Work:
The weekly working hours shall be 40 hours from Monday to Friday. Employee will be expected and required to work such overtime as is necessary for the performance of the Employee’s duties.
