there be短语本身就有某体存在某物的意思。 至于there 句（如你所列出的这句）与there be 句相似表示某物在某处。it 代词，代替前面所指的事物，可以做不定式主语，但后面必须加to，而你例句后面是solving the ~，是分词做后置定语。例句可改为：it doesnt seem to have been any difficulty to solve the problem. ...
