Tools Standard tools – normal thread locking material - Grease G2
Initial state The equipment is switched off (in particular by opening the circuit breaker above it on the electrical line)
Reassembly procedure
1.Slide the 4 linear bearings off the ends of the upper and lower Y rails taking care with the direction:Immobilization holes turned backwards by the lubricator for the upper rail and downwards for the lower rail.
2.Replace the 8 lubricators (2).
3.Replace the bearing stop screws with their flat washers (1).
4.Replace the 4 end stops on the ends of the Y rails.
Grease with the G2 (blue syringe)
