Sorry about this situation,I'm not sure whether the samples received XX has changed color,so we decided to re-make of this color test.If the test results showed that B did not affect on the color,we will re-adjust color formulations,samples sent to XX again

Terribly sorry about this situation.Since I can not convice you the color of the samples that ** received has been changed,a test on color is supposed to be done again.If test result is B which shows nothing negative against the color,we'll readjust the color ingredience and the samples will be remanufactured and sent to **.

We are sorry for what happened.I am not sure whether the color of the sample XX received has changed, so we made a decision that we do a test of this color again. If the test result comes to make no difference to B, we would readjust the recipe of color,and send a new sample to XX.

We feel sorry for this. As we are not sure whether the color has changed or not when samples were received, one more test for this color is needed.
If the test result shows B has nothing to do with the color, we will re-adjust the formula and send XX the new samples.
